Sapa is a border town and the capital of Sapa District in Lao Cai Province, located in the northwest region of Vietnam. Sapa is a captivating mountain town, enveloped by scenic mountains and rice terraces. You can enjoy breathtaking views of the area from the nearby hills. One of these hills has been developed into a tourist attraction known as "Ham Rong Resort", which features various gardens, areas for ethnic minority dance performances, viewpoints, and restaurants. It's just a short walk south from the main square, followed by a climb up some stairs. The "Sapa Culture Museum" is another must-visit spot where you can learn about the history of Sapa and the costumes & traditions of the ethnic groups residing in Sapa.
